David Kramer is a highly accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience in engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at SevenBelow, David specializes in delivering innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions tailored to various industries.
For nearly eight years, David has been deeply involved in the Family Office space, most recently as VP of Technical Operations and Compliance Officer at Way2B1. He led the development of secure, compliant, and scalable platforms that address the complex needs of family offices, ensuring seamless technology integration while managing sensitive data with the highest standards of privacy and security.
Beyond the Family Office sector, David’s experience spans industries including e-commerce (Weebly), enterprise collaboration (Jive Software), mobile payments (Boku, Inc.), clinical trials, (Mytrus) and financial services (Wells Fargo). He has a proven track record of driving innovation and operational efficiency through roles at organizations such as Red Hat, GNC, Reflect.com, Interelate, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he developed cutting-edge technology architectures, improved service reliability, and led large-scale digital transformations.
David holds a CISSP certification, further cementing his expertise in security and compliance. He is a former Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) and was also honored as the Red Hat Certified Professional of the Year for the North American region, a recognition earned for deploying the first online clinical trial using open-source technologies, which passed rigorous IRB, FDA, and HIPAA audits.
